We got to ride in the current day version of a rickshaw while touring the Hutongs. At one point, the rickshaw driver was going too slow for one car driver. The car driver raced past the rickshaw and pushed the rickshaw to the side of the road. The car driver stopped and yelled something in Chinese. The guide was shocked! In 8 years of working in Beijing, this was the first time the guide witnessed an event like this.
Cool! It was good to see some of the very first road rage in Beijing.
