Why order food from a person when you can get tickets from a machine? Dinner tonight was at a place that had a vending machine when you walked in. Put your money in the machine, choose what you want, and get some tickets out. Hand the tickets to the chef and he will make your choice. The food was good. The experience was very interesting.

I know yo guys are having a great time, I enjoyed traveling through Asia, it is so different but just enough like the US to be comfortable.
The Japanese people are so polite that they really do make the trip more fun. I never fet embaressed to, say, ask for directions, they just help, that's all.
I am so glad that Connor gets to have the experience as well, it's great to see the world and to get the "Outside the US" perspective. I know he will greatly benefit from the time spent there.
Have a great time and have some "real" sushi with wasabi. be careful!!
