We were going to take a camel ride in the desert. “going to” is the key phrase. These camels were very tall. Once you got on the camel, it hopped up and it felt like you were 7 – 8 feet in the air. We sat on the camels at fully height and decided that it was really fun to see them, interesting to sit on them, but we did not need to spend 20 minutes rocking side to side on the camel as it walked through the desert.
