The night before the Macy’s Thanksgivings Day Parade is when they fill up the balloons. When the balloons are filled, they are covered with a net and held down with sand bags. There were lots of people out to see the balloons. If there were this many people out to see the balloons at night, it is scary to think of how many people will be out tomorrow.
