Fish and Chips

I guess you have to do this. Basically, fish and chips is a fried piece of fish placed on top of a bed of fried potatoes (french fries). There are a wide range of choices of sauce to put on the fish and chips including mayonaise, ketchup, or vinegar and salt.
We each had a bite. Check this one off the list.
